I had every intention of working out early in the day, but there were errands to run and other miscellaneous things to do, so it wasn't until 6:30PM that I finally got down on my yoga mat to tone up.
I know I worked on my abs yesterday, but after having my baby 3 months ago, it seems like I can't do enough in that department. So I did Ballet Beautiful's
Ab Series.

As I was working out, I remembered when I was younger that I would do 100 situps before bed every night. I was religious about it to the point that when I had a friend or two stay the night, I would have them get on the ground and do it with me! Ha ha!
Now that my stomach has been stretched to the limit, it will take a little longer to get everything settled in again, but I am in this for the long haul. :)
