I am officially
one week into my 30 Day challenge and I thought it would be appropriate to weigh in and check for any outward progress. I feel a little more toned around my midsection, but that doesn't mean anyone else can tell!
So, lets go back a week...

I am really happy with the comparison photos! I see subtle changes and that is really motivating for me. I knew from the beginning that I did not want to bite off more than I could chew, so I have taken one day at a time and have been content with just a 15 minute work out video, like I did today.
I thought my abs were needing another hit so I found a video dedicated to doing just that and liked the intensity of the workout. I think it could have been a little harder, but it was enough to wake up my muscles for another day!

I have to say, there are a LOT of people out there dedicated to fitness and so eager to share their knowledge with the world. The options are endless and I have so much fun shaking up my workouts every day. So, thank you Youtube instructors for all of your hard work!
